"I teach at VLHS so I can help high school students experience a variety of music with an emphasis on quality sacred music from our Lutheran heritage.  I encourage them to improve their musical abilities both individually and in choral groups and offer the opportunities to express their joy in their faith in our Savior, Jesus Christ through song."

Educational background:

• Graduated from Valparaiso University in the Deaconess program with an emphasis in Theology and Music.

Positions/experience before VLHS:

• 30 years experience in music ministry as organist, choral accompanist, director of music, director of children's, youth, adult, and college woman's choirs, and singing in Milwaukee Lutheran A Cappella Choir and Denver Chorale.

At VLHS since: 2002
